December 4, 2018.- Cava, music and gastronomy shone again in the Barcelona night through the last edition of CavaSound, attended by more than 350 people including lifestyle journalists, influencers and cava fans.
The audience took part in this after work party with an easy and happy mood in an effort to bring cava culture to a younger consumer passionate about music. The audience enjoyed different types of cavas while sharing their pictures in social networks under the #cavasound hashtag, generating more than 200,000 impressions.
The night was full of surprises, but the one that stood out was the announcement of a Christmas campaign for social networks starring actor Brays Efe, better known for his role in the `Paquita Salas’ TV show. The actor, who couldn’t attend the event, sent a video message for all the people at CavaSound from the filming set and encourage everyone to follow the campaign under the #brindaconBrays hashtag in all DO Cava accounts.
The campaign will be launched in the coming days and includes several comedy videos that intend to bring cava closer to the new consumers showing everyday situations during the Christmas season.
For Silvia Grimaldo, Director of Communications at DO Cava, #brindaconBrays wants to bring cava closer to the consumer during the Christmas holidays “and having Brays Efe in it is great, he’s such a trendy actor and has been very easy to work with because he’s such a fan of cava”.
The last edition of CavaSound included a performance by composer Gaspar Soul, who delighted the audience with his neo soul songs.
