Martin Berasategui recipes combine with cava in the ‘Enthusiasts’ workshop of the Basque Culinary Center
Vilafranca del Penedés (Barcelona), November 14, 2018.- On November 9 DO Cava collaborated with the ‘Enthusiasts’ workshop organized by the Basque Culinary Center for fans of gastronomy and wine.
The activity, included in the ‘Cooking with stars’ program, the best cavas were combined with Martin Berasategui’s most renowned recipes. The eight Michelin star chef already is part of the Spanish gastronomy history. Sommelier students from the Basque Culinary Center were in charge of presenting the different marriages with cavas.
In addition, the activity served to highlight the mixing qualities and the versatility of cavas, which make this sparkling wine a perfect companion to extol any flavor.
The workshop is included in the collaboration agreement signed by DO Cava and the Basque Culinary Center which intends to promote the education on cavas as an strategic axis for the industry with initiatives that improve the knowledge of cava.
