The ‘Cava Mixology Competition’ arrives to the big apple!
We are looking for the best cocktail made with cava used as its main ingredient. If you are a professional bartender or mixologist, let’s participate!
If you are interested, do the registration by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Introduce your recipe explaining the production process details and accompany it by a photo of the cocktail. Also accredit your experience as a bartender or professional mixologist.
The new yorker semifinal will take place on the 7th of march, during the morning, at The Bennett cocktail bar (134, West Broadway). You could be one of the two winners who will be invited to battle it out in the big contest final, which will take place in Barcelona in April. As well, both New York finalists will win a prize of 1,000 and 500 dollars.
